ISC decides eligibility case by case. Items that are not named on ISC's list are priced separately and only included if your regional office confirms them. Your application can also include training, a tabletop exercise or an emergency plan update, and we'll help you scope those.
Prices are based on Canadian retail prices checked October 9, 2026, before tax and freight. Your quote confirms current prices. Freight and any taxes are quoted separately, and we adjust the package so the total in your application fits ISC's limits. As of October 2026, ISC lists the EMAP Non-Structural Mitigation and Preparedness and FireSmart streams as open for 2026–27 until funds run out, with a final deadline of March 31, 2027.
Can we change what's in a package? Yes. Each package is a starting point. We adjust it to your plan and keep each purchase under the $10,000 limit.
Where do you deliver? Anywhere in Canada, by road, winter road or air. Freight is quoted for each order.
