We ship from Winnipeg, Manitoba, by Canada Post, with tracking, to Canadian addresses only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout from your address and the package weight. In-stock orders ship within 2 business days. Pre-orders ship by the date shown on the product page. If we can't meet a promised date, we'll email you, and you may cancel for a full refund. Under Manitoba law, if goods are not delivered within 30 days after the promised delivery date, you may cancel the order. Corporate orders: delivery dates are confirmed on your invoice.
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or not as described; in that case we'll replace or refund it at no cost, including shipping. Call us or reply to your order email with your order number to start a return. Refunds go back to your original card within 15 days of our receiving the return, or within 15 days of a cancellation for late delivery. Digital gift cards are non-refundable but never expire. Corporate deposits are refunded in full if you cancel before we ship.
Waste Easy Inc. (WE Northern Supply) collects your name, contact details, shipping address and order history to fill your orders, contact you about them and, if you agree, send you offers. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Our store and customer records are hosted by our software provider, HighLevel, which may store data outside Canada. We do not sell your information. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or unsubscribe at any time by contacting us. This policy follows Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Prices are in Canadian dollars and may change without notice before you order; the price at checkout is the price you pay. Product images may differ slightly from the item delivered. Products are sold for their ordinary use; follow the package instructions. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Manitoba's Consumer Protection Act. These terms are governed by the laws of Manitoba.
